Abstract Submission:
All abstracts should be submitted electronically via this ESPHM website.
Abstracts should be informative, carefully prepared, with new insights stressed.
To guarantee being considered by the program committee, all contributed abstracts must be submitted before the deadline (December 1st, 2017). Please note that any submitted abstract, even if accepted by the program committee, will not be included in the Symposium program should you fail to register for the conference.
All accepted abstracts will be published in the Symposium Abstract Book and online (www.EAPHM.org) provided the presenting authors register on time for the Symposium

ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION FORM
Guidelines for abstract preparation
- Abstracts should be written in English.
- Abstracts cannot exceed 300 words. Title and authors are not included and have to be indicated in the appropriate fields during the abstract submission
- Titles should clearly identify the contents of abstract
- Please note that errors in the text will not be corrected. The content and literary standard of submitted abstracts is under the author's responsibility
- The body of the abstract should be organised as outlined below:
- Introduction
- Material & Methods
- Results
- Discussion & Conclusion
- Not contain tables or/and pictures
- No references are accepted
- Please indicate your topic preference when submitting (see Abstract topics list)
- Indicate the preferred kind of presentation (oral/poster)
- Please indicate the presenting author where required. If not specified, the submitter will automatically be classified as the presenting author
- Author names and affiliations will be printed as entered in the abstract submission tool, so please make sure these are correct and consistent if you submit more than one abstract. It is also important that names are consistent for the author index.
- Each author may submit several abstracts for each session
